Lot 48 - Karalli (AUS) 

Danehill free mare throwing lovely foals.

After debuting in a Blue Diamond Preview and racing only four times, Karalli retired to stud and has produced a succession of lovely looking foals highlighted by a ZOUSTAR filly who sold at the Magic Millions National Yearling sale for $400,000. Subsequent foals by STARSPANGLEDBANNER and CAPITALIST were retained to race by Rosemont, with the latter – a yearling colt – to join a leading stable next season.

Karalli hails from a wonderful producing Goree family and is a half sister to HIGH HEELS, dam of the Group One winning pair DESERT KING and LASER HAWK. The family has recently been upgraded by the emergence of Kris Lees’ outstanding stakes winning sprinter TACTICAL ADVANTAGE and continues to produce quality racehorses.

Karalli sells dry and ready to be sent to your choice of stallion in 2020.

Uncomplicated mare, generally a straightforward breeder. Missed once in 2019 to Starspangledbanner would have been covered a second time but stallion was busy, she ovulated prior to being covered late in the season.
