Pedigree Pointers

A daughter of MASTERCRAFTSMAN, the broodmare sire of LOVING GABY (by I Am Invincible), SHEMAKHAN, is a ½ sister to the former Tony Millard trained Hong Kong galloper TOP ACT; that achieved a peak rating of 103 and was tried on the international stage. Furthermore, SHEMAKHAN is from a wonderful Aga Khan staying family that had notably success in France. A former Robert Roulston purchase as a yearling, SHEMAKHAN’s immediate family is being mated up nicely, with her dam in foal to PIERRO and ½ sister is in foal to AMERICAN PHAROAH the likelihood of notable updates is significant.

Studmaster Conformation Notes

A beautiful coat with lovely markings, SHEMAKHAN is every inch a daughter of MASTERCRAFTSMAN. A well grown 16.1+HH mare, she is raw and heavyset with great frame and enormous depth of girth. She does have flat feet and wears shoes year-round to protect shelly feet with improving angles.

Studmaster Notes

Straight forward reproductively. We have actively managed her feet that were of some concern 18 months ago and she is shod in front and will need a conscious farrier to maintain her soundness.
