Lot 5 - Knotty Boy (AUS) 

“Knotty Boy” is a beautiful 3yo gelding by Bullet Train x Knotty. He has had 2 starts. His first start was at the Gold Coast over 1400m where he jumped very awakwardly out the gates which led to the race being over for him as he was so far back. The last start at Sunshine Coast 1600m he ran a great race running 7th out 12 where he was coming home in the last 150m. He is still very much learning his trade but believe he has the ability to run some nice races in the future when he develops more and physical. Unfortunately after the run he went out for few days rest at the farm and came back into work for 2 days of slow work where we noticed his tendon had a slight bow in it. So we had it scanned and unfortunately had bowed his tendon. So he will need some time off. I believe that he could really benefit with that time off aswell. Besides this tendon he was a very sound clean legged horse that we never had any trouble with him. He is very easy to have around the stables and to ride. We are hoping he can go to a lovely home that will give him the time. He is also BOBs Payed up.
