Lot 8 - Mikuma (AUS) 

Mikuma is a lightly raced, 3yo daughter of the Group One winning Japanese sire Mikki Isle (Deep Impact).

She has a beautiful pedigree, being out of a Redoute’s Choice daughter of blue-hen mare Light Up The World (Rory’s Jester).

This filly’s dam Electrical is a three-quarter sister to Group winner and producer World Peace (Danehill) as well as black type performer and producer Metaphorical (Dylan Thomas).

Mikuma was often referred to as a later maturing type and only made her racetrack debut recently, as a 3yo, on the 24/05/22 at Mornington. She was placed 3rd on debut at Mornington. She subsequently had two more runs in June on the Ballarat Synthetic course, where she was competitive on both occasions.

She was sent to the spelling paddock in good order following her third start on the 21/06/22.

She stands at approximately 16H.
