This strong, correct 2YO by Safeguard certainly looks an early type.
By the two-time winner Alborbrown, he’s a three quarter brother to the 10 time winner and dual stake winner EXCELORADA (by Exceed And Excel), this gelding is also a half-brother to the smart last start metropolitan winner Simple Logic.
While he has been gelded, he has not been broken in or tried at this stage.
He was sold through a recent MM yearling sale, but the purchaser defaulted on payment, so he presents an opportunity for someone looking for an inexpensive way into the early two year old races this year.
He has a clean scope and no radiographic lesions were identified on screening x-rays taken Aug 21
