Ginger Rock is a Saturday QTIS Metropolitan winning 2YO daughter of Rothesay out of the multiple stakes placed Sequalo mare Seconde. She collected another 2 Metropolitan QTIS races as a 3YO and banked 170k in her career.
This is a prolific running and fertile breeding QLD family, and she is bred on the successful Rothesay/Sequalo cross that has produced stakes winners such as In His Stride.
This mare is being sold unreserved as part of a structured dispersal of Boucher Breeding & Racing's racing and breeding stock, she has recently been in work, and is feeling her joints on the hard racing surfaces at present, so the decision is to list her as a broodmare prospect only.
She will let down into a beautiful broodmare prospect for the 2023 breeding season, and is ideally suited to breeding fast precocious 2yo types, as she herself was, if mated to an appropriate speed stallion.
