A lightly raced gelding who we feel has plenty of upside, Saintly City looks ideal for racing in the North West having been spelling for a decent period after getting cast in a stable and injuring his stifle back in May 2022.
Our vets recommended a good 6 month break and we have given him that time out (and some) and he is belting around the paddock moving freely, hence he has been given the all clear to head racing again.
The progeny of his sire City Place appear to really grow a leg on the dirt tracks of the North West and whilst we feel he has upside wherever he heads to race, it may be that North West region where he will excel.
A half brother to six winners including three black type horses, Saintly City is a nice big athletic type standing 16.2hh.
Saintly City is a windsucker (but this vice seems to have no effect on the family as many of his siblings are windsuckers too - including Gr.2 WA Guineas winner War Saint)
